The Champions trophy 2025 will be hosted by Pakistan. However India has not played in Pakistan after 2004-05.
According to sources, the India-Pakistan clash of Champions trophy 2025 {50 overs} will be held in Gaddafi stadium in Lahore if India agrees to travel to Pakistan for the tournament.
Venues for Champions trophy 2025
Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi are most likely to host the 15 match tournament. 3 matches in Karachi, 7 in Lahore and 5 in Rawalpindi are proposed by the Pakistan cricket board to the ICC.
There are chances of a hybrid model where Pakistan can jointly host the tournament with another country if India refuses to visit Pakistan for the tournament.
The hybrid model was also successfully carried out during the 2023 Asia cup.
The final decision of India will decide the final schedule of the Champions trophy 2025.
